Well this is my second time writing about spacers, but last time they were rubber bands, now they are metal. My orthodontist, is very nice, but dose not have a steady arm, when he was trying to jam the spacers in my mouth, his tool slipped off, and hit the roof of my mouth, which really hurt.Thankfully my teeth do not hurt, and the wax the orthodontist gave is helping me cope with the metals sharpness against my tongue, and cheek. I wonder if this wax is the same type of wax from a candle, the only reason why I think wax from a candle would not work, is because this wax, is more pliable, the candle wax would probably break, and crumble i my mouth, which probably would not taste to great. Well that gives me a new experiment to try out.But probably the biggest difference, is my new lisp. It is not to bad, just when I say my S's, for some reason it comes out as if I am saying sh.

You know, the wax that the orthodontist gave you is not candle wax. I remember using them sometimes when one of the wires would poke at my gums. Yeah, my orthodontist slipped her tool and it kind of scraped along my jaw. It left this huge scar! You know, the lisping will go away soon; it's just that your mouth is getting adjusted to the extra appliance in the mouth.
